Says he has sympathy for the frustration people feel about the economy but condemns the rioting as "appalling."
After a press conference about a bill proposing the creation of a new breast cancer commission on Oct. 11, U.S. Rep. Charles Bass, R-N.H., was asked about what he thought of the Occupy movements across the country. He was also asked about the protester’s concerns about the lack of criminal cases against some of those who were responsible for the economy's collapse.
