VIDEO: Conservative Women Rally in Concord

Call on President Obama to end his "war on women."

Some of New Hampshire’s conservative women leaders rallied at the on July 17, calling on President and the Democrats to drop their phony “war on women” claims about Republicans and instead, work to improve economic conditions of women and preserve the family unit.

In front of “The Values Bus,” a vehicle sponsored by the Family Research Council and the Heritage Foundation, that is “raising awareness” around the country to support conservative women, former gubernatorial candidate Karen Testerman said the attacks belittled women and limited their opportunities.

State Rep. , R-Greenland, said that unlike the Democrats, who went on spending sprees at both the state and national level, Republicans kept their promises, lowering the state’s budget by 11 percent, the lowest since World War II.

Other speakers included State Rep. , R-Rochester, state Senate candidate Jane Cromier and state representative candidate Susan Olsen, of Smart Girl Politics, of Cornerstone of NH, and Connie Mackey of the Family Research Council Action.

A small group of quiet counter-demonstrators were on hand to tout Obama’s agenda, including the passage of the (ObamaCare).

The Values Bus (valuesbus.org) is organizing conservatives around the country pitching its “Saving the American Dream” blueprint for “reforming health care and restoring fiscal responsibility,” according to a press release. The organizations are also registering voters and organizing voter registration drives.
