VIDEO: Anti-Romney Protesters Ham it Up at the Statehouse

Just before in Tampa on Aug. 30, union and Democratic activists staged a protest outside the , calling on voters to reject the Romney-Ryan economic plan.

While some protesters held signs, of the and of dressed as the Marx Brothers while others listened and chanted “Horse feathers!”

The duo used fake scissors to cut large sheets of paper that they used to symbolize a government benefit or program that they suspect Romney and Ryan would slash if elected.

The theatre action and protesting was part of a day of action with events held around the state and nation.
