Red River Theatres Hosts Reel Paddling Film Festival Thursday

Proceeds go to the Northern Forest Canoe Trail.

The Red River Theatres hosts The Reel Paddling Film Festival on April 18, featuring a number of films and instructional videos about canoeing, kayaking, and rafting, according to the Associated Press.

The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department is co-sponsoring the event as part of a number of adventure talks promoting the activity.

Proceeds from the event will go to the Northern Forest Canoe Trail, a stretch of waterways that runs from Fort Kent, Maine, at the state's border with Canada to Old Forge, NY, in upstate New York.
