Concord Arrest Log (Nov. 16, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Timothy Wright, 21, of Hillsboro, was arrested at 11:09 a.m. on Nov. 8, and charged with two counts of Forgery, two counts of Receiving Stolen Property, two counts of Theft By Deception, and two counts of Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. Police allege that Wright stole checks from a male acquaintance and submitted the checks to on two occasions on Oct. 28, for cash. Wright, who is in the , refused bail and had a follow up court date on Nov. 9.
  • Michael Martel, 23, of Chichester, was arrested 3:33 p.m. on Nov. 8, on a Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) charge. Police allege that the victim in the case was a woman who was otherwise known to Martel and that the incident occurred in the early morning hours of Aug. 15, on Bog Road. He is due back in court on Dec. 5.
  • Doris Roberts, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 7:13 p.m. on Nov. 8, on a Theft charge at at D'Amante Drive. She has a follow up court date on Dec. 5.
  • Kristin Walsh, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 7:13 p.m. on Nov. 8, on a Theft charge from Target. Police allege that an hour before her arrest, Walsh stole a bedset valued at $100. She is due back in court on Dec. 5.
  • Timothy Dowd, 19, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 8, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 7:25 p.m. at on North State Street. Dowd has a court date set for Dec. 5. Previously, Dowd was reportedly arrested on Aug. 3, and charged with Driving After Revocation or Suspension. He was stopped on Airport Road.
  • Cody Ordway, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Nov. 8, and charged with Theft and Theft By Deception against the on Loudon Road. Police allege that Ordway stole items from the store a couple of hours before. He has a court date set for Dec. 5.
  • Jessica Bedard, 28, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 8, and charged with Theft against the on Fort Eddy Road. Police allege that she stole $65 worth of food and other items. Bedard is due back in court on Dec. 5. Bedard was reportedly previously arrested on July 27, on a Theft charge, against Target on D’Amante Drive, on July 11.
  • Krystie Perkins, 24, of Concord, was arrested at 10:13 a.m. on Nov. 9, and charged with False Report Of An Accident. Police allege the incident occurred on Oct. 14, on Manor Road. Perkins is due back in court on Dec. 5. She was reportedly arrested on Sept. 12, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. She was arrested on Manor Road. Police allege that Perkins assaulted a sibling.
  • Jennifer LaFleur, 37, of Concord, was arrested at 11:16 a.m. on Nov. 9, and charged with Theft and Willful Concealment against the Walmart on Loudon Road. Police allege that she stole two Magic Cards worth $20, on Oct. 31. LaFleur is due back in court on Dec. 5.
  • Eric Bourdages, 35, of Averill Park, NY, was arrested at 3:27 p.m. on Nov. 9, on a Conduct After An Accident charge. Police allege that the victim in the case was a female stranger. The incident reportedly occurred on Oct. 30, on South Main Street. Bourdages is due back in court on Dec. 5.
  • Angela Zwisler, 47, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 9, and charged with Attempt To Commit Simple Assault, two counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons), Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest Or Detention, Criminal Threatening (Intimidation, Etc.), and Taking A Firearm From A Law Enforcement Officer, a felony. She was arrested at 6:03 p.m. on Thompson Street. Police allege that the victim in the case was her boyfriend. Zwisler was held on $6,000 cash bail and released and had a follow up court date on Nov. 10.
  • Laura McCormick, 24, of Concord, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 9, and charged with Theft against Target on D’Amante Drive. Police allege she stole 13 cosmetic items and other accessories valued at $81. McCormick has a court date set for Dec. 5.
  • Christopher Hanley, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 7:14 p.m. on Nov. 9, and charged with Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. Police allege the victim in the case was Hanley’s girlfriend and that the incident took place on Bog Road, on Oct. 3. He is due back in court on Dec. 5. Previously, Hanley was reportedly arrested on Aug. 17, and charged with Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) and Criminal Threatening (Intimidation, Etc.). He was arrested on Bog Road. Police allege that the actions by Hanley were against a Concord woman.
