ARRESTS: Pembroke Teen Faces Criminal Trespassing Charge

  • , 18, of Concord, was arrested at 3:20 a.m. on Aug. 5, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The charge relates to an alleged incident in on July 27. Police allege that the victim in the case was a Concord man who had an otherwise unknown relationship with . Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • , 18, of Northfield, was arrested on Aug. 11, and charged with unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle, possession of drugs, and possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested at 1:30 a.m. at the intersection of Loudon and Fort Eddy roads. Police allege that Hoyt was driving a stolen 2003 Oldsmobile Alero at the time of his arrest. The alleged victim in the case was a Northfield man. Police allege that Hoyt was in possession of marijuana in a broken glass smoking pipe. Personal recognizance bail was set at $6,000. Hoyt is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • , 26, of Epping, was arrested on Aug. 11, on a receiving stolen property charge. She was arrested at 9:25 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Police allege that Victoria stole $32 worth of underwear from on Loudon Road. The items were later recovered. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Victoria is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • , 24, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 12, on a default or breach of bail conditions and acts prohibited charges, both felonies. He was arrested at 2:43 p.m. at on Loudon Road. According to an arrest report, police seized a prescription for six Percocets from Samson at the time of his arrest. Samson refused bail and had a court date on Aug. 13.
  • Deborah A. Swass, 55, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 12, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. She was arrested at 4:50 p.m. about an hour after an alleged incident on Village Street. The alleged victim in the case was her male spouse. Seized after her arrest were a Remington 700 7mm ultra mag rifle and a Smith & Wesson Lady Smith .38 caliber J frame pistol. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Swass is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • Deanna L. Bennett, 40, of Concord, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. on Aug. 12, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at McCoy Street at 9:25 p.m. on Aug. 7. The alleged victim was a Tilton woman who was a stranger to Bennett. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Bennett is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • Buddhi Barakoti, 50, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 13, on two simple assault (personal weapons) charges. She was arrested at 8:25 a.m. on Loudon Road. The alleged victims in the case were her male spouse and a female in-law. Barakoti had a court date on Aug. 14.
  • , 58, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Aug. 13, on a possession of alcoholic beverages on public property charge. He was arrested at 12:10 p.m. at the intersection of Commercial Street and Constitution Avenue. Police allege that Parker was in possession of a can of Genesee Ice Beer. He is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 24.
  • , 39, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 13, on a possession of alcoholic beverages on public property charge. He was arrested at 3 p.m. on South Main Street. Police allege he was in possession of a 16-ounce can of Budweiser. Whittemore is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 24.
  • Wayne C. McMann, 39, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 13, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. He was arrested at 10:10 p.m. about a half an hour after an alleged incident at the intersection of North State and Penacook streets. The alleged victim in the case was McMann’s girlfriend, a Concord woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. McMann is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • Brendan Watterson, 17, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 13, on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on Pleasant Street.
  • Jessica Harr, 17, of Pembroke, was arrested on Aug. 13, on a criminal trespass charge. She was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on North State Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Harr is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • , 18, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 13, and charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. He was arrested at 11:55 p.m. on North State Street. Police seized as evidence in the case a Daisy .177 caliber air rifle, a rifle holder, and seven lead pellets found on the roof of 26 Pleasant Street. Coulter refused bail and had a court date on Aug. 14.
  • Ryan D. Erickson, 24, of Pembroke, was arrested on Aug. 14, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and driving without giving proof. He was arrested at 6:26 p.m. at the intersection of North Main and Capitol streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Prescott is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • , 58, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 15, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. He was arrested at 4:40 p.m. at the intersection of South Main and Water streets. Healey refused bail and had a court date on Aug. 15.
  • Mariah R. Malcolm, 22, of Concord, was issued a summons at 8:02 p.m. on Aug. 15, for a generic city ordinance violation at Riverfront Park near the on Loudon Road. Malcolm is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on Sept. 24.
