ARREST LOG: Area Residents Picked Up on Bench Warrants
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
- Christine A. Francoeur, 53, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 8, on a Warrant. She was arrested at 9 a.m. on Josiah Bartlett Road.
- Douglas MacNeill, 25, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 10, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension, Suspended Registration (Operating-MISD), Driving Without Giving Proof, Drivers License Prohibitions, and a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 9:27 a.m. at the intersection of North State Street and McGuire Street. MacNeill has a court date on Feb. 13.
- Steven J. Eastman, 38, of Northfield, was arrested on Jan. 18, on two counts of Theft. The charges stem from two incidents, on Jan. 4, and Jan. 5, at on Loudon Road. Eastman is due back in court on Jan. 18.
- Daniel W. Campbell, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 19, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 12:24 p.m. on Bridle Path Terrace. Campbell is due back in court on Feb. 13.
- , 44, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 21, on a Criminal Trespass charge. She was arrested at 4:24 p.m. at on Fort Eddy Road. Smith has a court date on Feb. 27.
- , 29, of Concord, was arrested at 6:28 p.m. on Jan. 24, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. The charges stem from an incident on Jan. 1, on Hall Street. Police allege that the victim in the case was an elderly male acquaintance. Vecchiola is due back in court on Feb. 27.
- , 28, of Laconia, was arrested on Jan. 24, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 8:01 p.m. at the . His bail was set at $5,000, and he had a court date on Jan. 25.
- Shawn P. Carter, 30, of Laconia, was arrested on Jan. 25, on a Driving After Revocation Or Suspension charge. He was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Loudon Road. Carter reportedly did not pay the bail fee and had a court date on Jan. 26.
- , 43, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 25, and charged with Criminal Trespass and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. He was arrested at 5:56 p.m. at on Fort Eddy Road. Sevigny refused bail and had a court date on Jan. 26.
- Paul William Odell, 30, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 26, on a Driving While Intoxicated charge. He was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on Loudon Road. Odell is due back in court on Feb. 27.
- George Arthur Kniffin, 24, of Manchester, was arrested at 8:49 a.m. on Jan. 26, on a Bench Warrant. According to an arrest report, he was wanted by the Manchester District Court and was stopped on East Side Drive. Kniffin had a court date on Jan. 26.
